Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law before resorting to courts.

Ledger Lingo is an educational service fully owned, managed, and operated by DigiSkills, including all educational content, brand identity, and user experience.

To ensure top-tier security, speed, and reliability, the application is provided through a dedicated module integrated within one of the world's leading technology platforms, which complies with the highest international standards in infrastructure, data protection, and system availability.

While DigiSkills governs all aspects of the content and service experience, the platform provider is responsible for managing the technical infrastructure and hosting environment.

In the rare event of a technical disruption, DigiSkills will coordinate directly with the platform's engineering team to ensure swift and effective resolution in accordance with global best practices.
